Abusive teenagers

Hi, if anyone here has a son who has been out on his bicycle along with another boy who is shirtless -looks like a young teenager- then your child has just purposefully ridden right into me on his bike, swore at me, told me to ‘suck my mum’ and then threatened me when I went to video his threatening behaviour. Happened on the bridge between the white oak and the crown.
