Booking your Christmas visits
Christmas is special - we know many of you love to visit your favourite places at this time of year. Like previous years, we expect our gardens, houses and parklands will get busy, so we want to let you, our valued members, know before anyone else how to book in advance.

On 18 December we’ll be releasing booking slots for many of our places over the Christmas and New Year weeks: 21 December to 3 January.  You’ll be able to book your place, date and time to guarantee you can visit safely.  Unsurprisingly, we expect demand to be high. Blocks of tickets will be released throughout the day, so if slots haven't appeared early on the 18 December, please check back later in the day.  If you can’t visit our busiest places, there are many others which are typically quieter at Christmas.  Don’t forget you can also explore some of the hundreds of beautiful coast and countryside places you help us look after.

Our staff and volunteers are all working hard to ensure our places are open, safe and ready to give you a warm welcome.  Sadly, social distancing means we need to limit the numbers of visitors we can safely admit. The booking system is the best way we can manage this fairly, but as with much of this year, it may disrupt your normal traditions.  This is an unprecedented year; one we hope never to have to go through again and we are so grateful for your support and loyalty through it.  Thank you for being patient and helping us through these tough times.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a brighter New Year.
