For a limited time only, we'll be selling some very special dry-aged beef in various cuts, from Chateaubriand to T-Bone perfect for sharing. We've acquired some beautiful beef from a small suckler heard of under 200 Hereford cows, raised on Chalcroft Farm in Hampshire.
The beef has been dry-aged for between 45-50 days by Owton’s butchers to provide an incredible depth of flavour as well as creating beautifully tender meat. When selecting the beef to dry age, we wanted a small herd where each animal could be given careful attention. The steaks are available in limited quantities, and you don't want to miss out on these spectacular pieces of beef, so we would recommend booking ahead.
A taste of what's to come...
Steaks (perfect for two)
Chateaubriand 450g - £56
Sirloin 500g - £40
Rump 500g - £24
And many more options, all accompanied by Peppercorn, Béarnaise and Blue Cheese Sauce.
