The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Achieving for Children and Optalis are holding an event to give YOU the chance to tell us about your experiences of ‘moving on to adulthood and independence’.
Come along to tell us the best and worst parts of your support and services, tell us your stories and ideas and help us make positive changes for the future. Chat to us over tea and biscuits!
Tuesday 12th July between 4 - 7pm at Manor Green School, Elizabeth Hawkes Way, Maidenhead, SL6 3EQ
4 - 5.30pm session for young people aged over 14 who are planning or who are in the middle of moving on to adulthood
5.30 - 7pm session for adults aged under 30 who have moved on to adulthood
Light refreshments and friendly faces will be provided.

•have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

•are a care leaver (or you are about to leave care)
•are a family member or carer
