We are currently looking for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to work in our busy events/design agency based in Cookham to support and work closely with our Accounts/Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Xero or another accounting package, preferred but not essential and have a can-do attitude.  This role is initially part time ideally 3 days a week/18 – 24 hours per week  but as the business continues to grow the role could potentially lead to a full-time position with plenty of scope to grow.
This is a varied role but will include;
Inputting all sales and purchase invoices onto Xero
Liaising with suppliers
Managing credit card monthly bills, liaising with the team with regards to receipts and reconciliation
Producing invoices for operations team and Creative Director
Debt collecting
Keeping accounts filing system up to date
Working collaboratively with Office Administration in general office admin
