A Met Office weather warning has been issued for thunderstorms across areas of Berkshire. The warning is in force from midnight on Thursday, August 25, until 3pm.

The weather warning covers areas of the county including Wokingham, Bracknell Forest, Slough and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Campsites have opened at Reading Festival on Wednesday evening, however the warning does not cover Reading at this stage.
