22/03410/FULL Proposed Green Belt Dwelling at Rose Garden, Whyteladyes/Dean Lane, Cookham
This is the applicant’s third application here on Green Belt land in the last 18 months. So once again if you want to object, your comments need to be in by 2nd February, that’s this Thursday!

The Cookham Society is objecting strongly and our key points are:
- The site is located where Lower Road meets Dean Lane, at a clear end to existing Cookham Rise development and the start of Green Belt.
- This Green Belt boundary was confirmed in the recent Borough Local Plan.
- If this nibbling away at Green Belt is allowed to go ahead it will be a signal for further development along Dean Lane. As such it is a prime example of inappropriate development in the Green Belt and should be refused.
