Tesco has recalled its Tesco Creamfields grated cheddar 500g as a precaution as it may be "unsafe to eat". In a notice, they said this is because the cheese could "contain small pieces of clear, soft plastic".

The affected product is Tesco Creamfields grated cheddar 500g with a best before date of 23/03/23.
