Pathway from Worster Road to Broom Hill

We should all say a big thank you to Billy the Gardener, particularly the residents of Worster Road and Broom Hill. Billy saw that the path way to Broom Hill was difficult to get through due to overgrown bushes and has cut it back for us all. I am not sure whose responsibility it would normally be.
