Shopping with us:-
We have now set some limits on the number of grocery items that can be bought  in store and online. More information about this can be found on our website.
If you have an existing online grocery delivery booked with us, this can be amended as normal. If you are trying to arrange a delivery slot, this needs to be made online when slots become available.  Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange delivery slot bookings over the phone.

Helping our customers:-
To support our elderly and vulnerable customers, and those who look after them, we are offering a dedicated shopping hour. This will be the first opening hour in each of our Waitrose shops. If you need to know the opening hours for your local branch, you can find this information here.
We’re also taking the first steps in giving our elderly and vulnerable customers priority access to future online shopping deliveries. We’ll be doing this in a number of ways, including contacting as many customers as we can who have previously identified themselves to us as elderly or vulnerable and looking at how we can reach those on the list of vulnerable people the government intends to share with retailers. We’re doing all we can as quickly as possible, so we’d kindly ask that our customers wait for further communication from us on this.
We  recognise the tireless contribution of all key workers in these unprecedented circumstances, and our branches are working hard to support them wherever they can. Waitrose shops are setting aside a proportion of hard-to-find and essential products exclusively for NHS staff, on production of an NHS card. We’re also giving NHS staff priority checkout service to ensure they are able to get through as quickly and easily as possible.
To protect all our customers and Partners, we have implemented the following:
Customer numbers in our shops will be limited so social distancing can be observed
Dedicated marshals in our shops to monitor the ‘two metre rule’
Screens will be introduced at checkouts
Special protective visors will be made available to all Partners
We will encourage cashless and contactless shopping

If you would like to know more information on how we are reacting to Covid-19, please visit our Customer Service pages on waitrose.com or on our App.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families well, and to thank you for your patience and understanding towards all of our Partners during this time.
