Just had my car MOT'd today plus a mini service. Fantastic service as usual. Been using Barnside for years. Totally know what they are about.
Interesting though to be reminded that although Gov.UK tells us that:
 'Your car, van or motorcycle’s MOT expiry date will be extended by 6 months if it’s due on or after 30 March 2020'
You must still keep your vehicle safe to drive.
This means that if someone has an accident during the extension period and their vehicle is defective in some way, then their insurance is invalid.

I assumed that the government was extending the date out by up to six months. I am sure not many people know that effectively it is not rxtended in the case of an accident.
