Our birds are reared to full maturity for optimum flavour and we will never change that! This year it will really help us if you can order a similar size turkey to normal.
BEING GREENER
Whenever we produce a Crown or Breast Roast, we are left with the legs and/or wings in the butchery. Rather than throw these away, we have developed a delicious turkey meat & cranberry stuffing that we use in our stuffed products and fresh stuffing trays. The less wastage we produce, the better!
