There have been four further deaths related to coronavirus recorded in Berkshire in the past 24 hours, according to NHS England data released today (October 18).
In the same time, there have been another 110 positive tests.
Across the UK, the death toll now stands at 43,646 and 722,409 people have tested positive for Covid-19.
This represents an increase of 67 and 16,982 respectively.
In Berkshire, all four new fatalities were recorded by Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
The largest increase in cases was in Windsor and Maidenhead, where there was a rise of 30.
This was followed by a rise of 27 in Slough.

This is how the figures break down in terms of cases for each area of Berkshire as of October 18:
Reading : 1,267 cases (increase of 18) Slough : 1,400 cases ( increase of 27) Wokingham : 1,011 cases (increase of 14) West Berkshire : 810 cases (increase of 11) Windsor and Maidenhead: 1,090 cases (increase of 30) Bracknell Forest : 689 cases ( increase of 11) The total number of deaths at NHS trusts in and around Berkshire is 606, as detailed below:
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust: 377 (no change) Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust: 209 (increase of four) Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust: 20 (no change)
A record number of shops closed during the first half of 2020 due to the coronavirus lockdown, new figures show.
A total of 11,000 chain operator outlets shut between January and August this year, according to research from the Local Data Company and accountancy firm PwC.
Around 5,000 shops opened, leaving a net decline of 6,001 stores, almost double the drop during the same period last year.
