APPLICATION  20/00864 - STATION COURT, AMENDED!
Back in May we posted about the proposed Station Court development which, being massively out of scale and having inadequate parking, we strongly rejected. An amended plan has been submitted. As far as we can see the main change is a reduction in flats from 14 to 12 and only 12 parking spaces are provided. This is still totally inadequate and would exacerbate existing parking problems in the area. Overall this proposal provides poor amenity for the future  residents.
Details are available on the RBWM planning portal at https://www.rbwm.gov.uk/home/planning/find-planning-application. RBWM has contacted nearby neighbours and anyone else objecting can still email their response before 1st January.

It looks like comments are locked out on this one:

Totally missed this from May, so annoyed with that...has Shanly not taken enough out Cookham and Maidenhead, re-developed half of the area already.....the greedy avaricious environmental despoiler. The proposal is yet another "faux sympathetic" massive ill suited carbuncle which will swamp the neighboring bungalows and look so out of place in that low rise area. Not aside from insufficient parking, zero communal land, potential to prevent the possible future railway line improvements etc etc..all so this developer can make yet another fast buck and leave the mess behind for future generations.
