During the current lockdown, we’re pleased to be able to keep National Trust gardens, parks and countryside in England open for people to enjoy fresh air and exercise.

We know how important it is for all of us to be able to spend time in nature during this difficult period. I’m writing to remind you to please follow government guidelines, and only visit places in your local area. The safety of our visitors and those who live in the nearby communities remains our priority. When you stay local, it helps us to keep these outdoor spaces open in the safest way possible. You can find the latest government guidelines here.

To keep everyone safe, our gardens and parks will continue to have a daily numbers limit to allow for social distancing, so you will need to book your visit to your local place in advance. You can find out more and book your slot here. https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/features/how-to-book-your-visit-and-what-to-expect?campid=email_central_memberservicelockdown3_11012021_NT0121LOCK01

Thank you again for your continued support and patience, and for following government guidelines to keep your fellow visitors and our members of staff safe.
