There have been another 218 coronavirus cases identified across Berkshire over the past 24 hours.
Latest information made available by Public Health England shows there have now been 62,277 positive tests identified across the county since the start of the pandemic last year.
The biggest one-day spike across Berkshire over the last day was in Reading, where there have been another 70 coronavirus cases found up to 9am today (July 5).
The second-highest was in Windsor and Maidenhead where there another 50 cases identified.
The lowest increase was across West Berkshire where there were another 32 cases. There have now been just 7,051 covid cases in the area since the start of the pandemic.
While there are new cases identified across the area every day, coronavirus infection rates continue to drop in Bracknell Forest, Windsor and Maidenhead, and Wokingham.
Nationally there have been another 27,334 coronavirus recorded today, as Prime Minister Boris Johnson prepares to reveal the next steps towards the new Freedom Day on July 19.
This means there have now been 4,930,534 infections across the United Kingdom to date.
Another nine people have died within 28 days of receiving a positive coronavirus test, bringing the death toll to 128,231.
There have however now been 45,351,719 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine given out across the UK, with 33,726,362 people having had both jabs.
Here are the latest rolling seven-day coronavirus infection rates per 100,000 people in Berkshire for the week ending June 30:
Reading: 270.1 (up from 254.7 ) Windsor and Maidenhead: 137.4 (down from 140.7) Slough: 121.7 (up from 112.3) Bracknell Forest: 128.9 (down from 136.3) Wokingham: 125.6 (down from 131.5) West Berkshire: 101.6 (up from 83.9)
