What can we do with an old post box in Cookham Dean?

Cookham Parish Council owns the red phone box on Dean Lane, we are trying to come up with innovative ideas for it.
However, it is in a precarious position, so not an idea that would attract people if that makes sense. Ideas we have dismissed are defibrillator, book library, art exhibitions, tourist info, we don't want people unnecessarily crossing the dangerous road to get there plus they are no pavements in that spot.
An idea that is practical is filling it with wood and taking out some panes of glass for a big hotel or something along those lines.
