Bourne for Desserts had its final day of trading on Sunday, October 2 as it waived goodbye to its customers.
The Bourne End dessert lounge and coffee shop, based on The Parade, opened in November 2016 and proved to be well-loved in the area.
The store sold a variety of sweet treats including ice cream, cakes and waffles as well as a range of milkshakes.
The manager, Ralph Durbridge, let customers know of the closure with a sign on the shop door.
It read: “Sadly, today Sunday October 2, I must close the doors of Bourne for Dessert and cease trading.
“I wish to take this opportunity of thanking my trading neighbours who made me welcome.
