I cannot believe the cars I saw today just happily driving through puddles on the road and soaking pedestrians walking along the pavement. What are these people thinking.

Doing so is a criminal offence under the road traffic act.

I don’t believe many people think of actually complaining officially. Probably difficult to prove, perhaps we should go round with cameras.
