We realise there’s a lot of uncertainty at the moment, so we want to let you know about a change we’ve made that may help in this challenging time.
We’re zero-rating NHS websites
, so any data you use on this site won’t count towards your monthly allowance. You can find the page for COVID-19 information here. And as always, it’s free to call the NHS 111 help line if you need to.
If you’re worried about your account, don’t forget you can access My O2 at any time through the app or online. My O2 gives you real-time updates on your account, so you can know exactly how much data or minutes you have left and check your balance. If you find you’re having difficulties, please get in touch.
