Strange White Van in Whyteladyes

Noticed something a little weird, a large white van has gone past the house at least 3 times in the last hour (I am in Whyteladyes Lane), being driven by a man with a dark baseball cap on, just seen him taking pictures/ video using his phone of the houses. By the time I got outside he was gone, so didnt get license plate, will keep an eye out. Anyone else seen this?
