For the last few weeks, we've been having a fruit and vegetable box delivered by Mansfields the wholesaler in Marlow - typically you get eggs, peppers, spinach, cabbage, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes, beans and a mixture of fruit including bananas, oranges, strawberries, apples and a fresh pineapple. And a couple of ripe avocados, too. [obviously things are seasonal as well]
This has been a real boon, avoiding supermarket trips, and the produce has been lovely and fresh. It's great to see local businesses adapting to the challenges and a real help to us in that we can avoid crowded shops.
