Vaasu – Marlow’s newest takeaway

Open from 10th July for takeaway only, Vaasu is the newest venture of Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar.

Vassu delivers the most authentic Indian flavours. Now, you may think a pie is British, but Atul’s Chicken Tikka Pie takes you on a surprising journey. With inspiration from Chef Atul’s extensive travels throughout India, the grilled chicken tikka, potato mash and berry chutney are quite like no other food. The taste is surprisingly familiar but sensationally unique.

In the future the 80 seater restaurant will invite guests to dine in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
