Channel 5 Filming in Cookham

You may have heard that the Spencer Gallery is being filmed for the “Cruising with Jane” series. Some of you may have seen the series and it involves Jane McDonald travelling around, normally, the world and giving insights into various interesting local scenes and stories. During the Covid crisis they are unable to travel abroad so they are Cruising the Thames and will be stopping off at Cookham on the 19th of October to film the Spencer gallery and also later the Vicki Bond shop.

It is not an arty film as she does light-hearted travel stories which can be quite amusing. The film will probably not be shown until the new year but we will find out more on the day.
