We have an exciting part-time, fixed-term maternity cover vacancy in our Creative Arts Department. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile lecturer with a proven track record in Art and Design at Further Education level.
We are an ambitious, forward-looking College with high aspirations for our learners. The successful applicant will have the ability to deliver a range of practical art disciplines and theories, including textiles, printmaking, mixed-media and 3D or graphic design and will have a collaborative approach to working with other Creative Arts staff and students.
Responsibilities will include planning, teaching, and assessing students. You should have a relevant qualification and experience of teaching in a classroom setting is desirable. We are looking for an adaptable, resourceful excellent communicator, who will be able to work as part of a team and have strong IT skills.
The hours for this role are 22.2 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
