COVID-19 VACCINATION

To update the surgery with your mobile number (only if it has changed, or you haven’t provided it before) please use the following methods:

-        If you are out for your daily exercise and can pass the medical centre, please drop a note with your name, address and mobile number on it through the LETTERBOX of the medical centre. (The staff can collect and update at a convenient time to them).

-        If that isn’t possible, you may ring, but please do not ring at peak times (ie first thing in the morning, and especially Monday morning).

-        As a last resort, via E-consult (please avoid this if possible to leave it free for medical emergencies).

As you can imagine, surgery staff are working flat out to carry out the vaccination routine procedures, but are also very busy with patients requiring normal health advice and doctors attention.

They will contact you, via landline, if they don’t have your mobile number, so please rest assured, you won’t be missed out.
