No parking at Pinkneys Green Brickworks

I see that the National Trust have placed “No Parking” signs outside the Pinkneys Green Brickworks. This is a very popular place to walk dogs etc... and in fact they’ve spent a considerable amount of money tidying up the site. Does anyone know why this has been done? It’s quite an isolated location, so without parking it’ll be impossible for older walkers to use it!

Ah I see, so parking is now prohibited. What a waste of money restoring a site that can’t be reached by most of the population. The National Trust should have sold the site for housing development and spent the money of a more accessible site rather than wasting it here, as the way I read it, the site will only ever be accessible by walkers and cyclists. No hope for the disabled as usual!!
