We are seeking a Full Time Events & Operations Coordinator to work with events at Lillibrooke Manor and Stanlake Park in Berkshire. Events consist mainly of weddings, with some conferences, dinners, parties, proms and product launches. Guest numbers range from 50 – 250, with seated dining capacities of 170 and 150 respectively. Heritage Venues Ltd (HVL) is an award-winning team acting as the sole agent, event manager and caterer for both venues, with its offices at Lillibrooke Manor in Maidenhead.
Client facing, this role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, first class attention to detail, and good problem-solving proficiency and time management, plus the ability to work calmly under pressure. You will be working closely with, and report to, the E&O Manager.
Experience of organising a range of events and working in a client-facing role is essential. Running events from wedding ceremony, to food service, through to evening reception would be ideal.
