The Cookham Society have announced the plans (and their disapproval) for the development on the corner of Whyteladyes Lane and Dean Lane on the plot that once was The Rose Garden nursery.

There are issues with the link on their page but below is the one which enables you to view the proposed huge mock Tudor house and the plans to dig out what is a natural start of one of our hillsides.

I have attached the photo of the corner field as it is now, as well as the plans for what is proposed and added the correct link where objections can be made.

The plans are best viewed on a computer not a phone and these plans were taken from the first set marked 7th September, drawing number 278w-03-c- a.01.

If you are unhappy about the prospect of losing one of the most important pieces of our green space, please add your objection on the application.  Im utterly gobsmacked the entrance has already been approved and re-sited so it appears there is little objection or consideration so far from the RBWM planning department. Do bear in mind when looking at the existing photo that the entire hillside view to the left will be obliterated.
