David says “We are sure that many are shocked and upset by the recent invasion of Ukraine by Russia and feel a need to try to do something to help all those who are affected by this terrible action. In response the Benefice of the Cookham’s are holding a short contemplative service at Holy Trinity Church, Cookham this evening at 6pm to say prayers and to light a candle to express our support for the people of Ukraine and for all who are worried by these sad events. Please do join us to express our support for peace.”
