If you're local to Cookham, you might have spotted some sheep on our fields off Switchback Road / Cannon Court Road. Did you know that they're a self shedding breed called Exlana that were bred specifically to not require shearing? As the demand for wool in the UK has declined & the cost of shearing is so high, they're the perfect sheep for the modern age! With the recent success of Norfolk Wagyu Beef, we'll hopefully be adding lamb to our website later in the year
