Do not use this company. Richard is unreliable and owes me money on a job that he did not complete correctly. He agreed to refund my money but almost a year has past. Despite numerous emails, texts and phone calls he has failed to reimburse me. I'm now taking him to the small claims court.

Our washing machine stopped, full of water. I cleaned the filter and but found nothing.Fearing it was new machine time, I e-mailed Berkshire Domestic Appliances.
Shortly after, Richard called and arranged an appointment within a 2 hour slot the next day.
On the day he called to say he was ahead of schedule and ask if would we like him to come earlier.
Although he brought a spare pump with him in case, he found it was simply a blockage so it wasn't needed.
It cost us about a tenth of the money, and a tenth of the time, that replacing the machine would have done.
