Phase One of a Study for a local Biodiversity Action Plan was carried out in the spring of 2007, and further studies were carried out in summer. We recommend that further seasonal studies are carried out to complete this work and that a Plan is produced for implementation. We believe that this work can be done mainly by voluntary organisations. Further details of the study, its findings and proposed activity are available on line/disc.
We propose the review of the feasibility study on the provision of a full mains drainage system for the Cookham Dean.
We believe that a great deal more can be done to recycle waste and goods and to promote the efficient use of energy, and we urge our local Councils to develop this.
