New telephone system at Cookham Medical Centre

New telephone system: On Wednesday 17th August the surgery is moving to a new telephone system

Frimley CCG has funded this project for practices in Maidenhead Primary Care Network (MPCN) to convert to the same telephone system, to improve resilience and offer scope for integrated working

It has user configurable aspects so we can adjust call flows and options once operational to optimise our capability and patient experience.

We will do our best to minimise disruption on the Switch Over Day
