The Cookham Charity Tournament will be taking a break this coming summer as we look to come back with a new and refreshed line up in 2024.
As many of you are aware, this event has been running for many years and we are already planning for the event to take place next summer. The primary objective has always been about raising monies for local charities, which will continue to be the case. Second to that it has always been about having fun, meeting other local residents, over a game of tennis or croquet and enjoying what has always been a great event on a sunny Sunday afternoon in June.
As we look to build on the prior success of this event, we are naturally open to hearing from local residents and players as to what they might like to see in this new look and feel village competition. We are also looking for individuals who would like to take a more active role in the planning of the event.
