The Met Office has upgraded its Heat Health Alert to AMBER, from 9am tomorrow (9th) to 9am on Monday (12th).
🙏Check in on vulnerable family, friends & neighbours but also take care yourself. Heatstroke & heat exhaustion hits all ages.
