Could you or your loved ones benefit from a call blocker?
If you know a vulnerable person who is regularly receiving scam or nuisance calls you can apply to have a free telephone call blocker device fitted by our Trading Standards team.
To qualify for a call blocker residents need to:
Live in the Royal Borough
Regularly received scam and nuisance calls
Have support needs due to factors such as age, mobility or mental health.
Our Trading Standards team has several call blockers available which it can supply and install. If you, or someone you know, are interested, please email the team to apply or for more information.
