An application has been received by the Royal Borough to build four detached houses with car ports on land adjacent to Hedsordene, Lower Road in Cookham.
Parking, landscaping, and improvements to access onto Lower Road also feature in the application.
According to the design and access statement, the site ‘currently consists of garden land (part of Hedsordene), which is generally unused by the owners’.
The proposed houses will be over two-and-a-half storeys each and feature associated carport accommodation and four bedrooms.
