I have had this email from our server supplier:

We are getting in touch today to advise you of a scheduled maintenance that may lead to a short period of downtime which may affect your hosting and email service with Heart Internet on May the 15th, 2019. To minimise the impact to you and your businesses, this work will commence at 9pm and we expect it to last 5 hours. With this work we expect to continue to improve the service we provide.
