Windsor: WINDSOR LIONS READY TO TAKE TO THE WATER AGAIN !
The 23rd Windsor Lions Annual Swimathon - will be at Windsor Leisure Centre and there is still time for local good causes to seize this fun opportunity to raise money on Sunday 13th October 2019.
40 teams have already entered, but there is still plenty of space for other swimmers, with capacity available of at least 60 teams.
This major charity fun event, is geared up for teams to raise funds for their nominated charity, or good cause.
Over the years, the Swimathon has raised over £185,000 for schools, sports clubs, service organisations, youth groups, charity clubs and groups.
The Windsor Lions organise and staff the whole event, so there is nothing else for the teams to do, other than find the swimmers and attract sponsors – and of course swim on the day! Anyone can swim – it’s not just for elite swimmers.
The best news of all is that teams get to keep 100% of the sponsorship they attract !
We are aiming for a best-ever Big Splash! For more information and entry details visit
