Right now, our call centres are severely restricted.
We have less people available to help, so wait times are significantly longer
and our Live Chat has had to be temporarily closed. We’re also seeing higher volumes across our Social channels which is increasing the time it takes for us to respond.

We’re asking you to help us keep our lines free for those who need help most. Please support our reduced team by only contacting in the most urgent circumstances, like reporting fraud or a stolen phone.
