The number of coronavirus cases in Berkshire has risen to more than 2,063 according to figures released by Public Health England today (May 3).
Nationwide, 186,599 people have now tested positive for Covid-19 and 28,446 have tragically died.
This represents an increase of 4,339 and 315 respectively over the past 24 hours.
In Berkshire, there are now 2,063 lab-confirmed cases of coronavirus.
Reading, Berkshire, has the highest number of recorded cases in the county, with 496 patients testing positive.
Elsewhere, 328 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in West Berkshire, 377 in Wokingham, 256 in Windsor and Maidenhead, and 217 in Bracknell.
