We as a family have had a heart to heart discussion and have decided that although financially it may be the wrong decision, we are going to remain closed for the foreseeable future.  This is because we do not feel that there is enough proof that the situation has changed since a few weeks ago. Also, as you all know our site has a very restricted car park and often long queues at this time of the year. Based on previous years' demand for our plants and hanging baskets, if this were repeated this year, it would be impossible to abide by social distancing rules. For our family's safety and yours; as our extremely loyal customers (who have given us many messages of support recently), we want to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We have received many requests for a click and collect service, which in theory would be a great idea. After a lot of thought we have concluded that this would be unmanageable for our small family team as we do not have the capacity to run both a delivery service and a collection service - again we feel that social distancing regulations may be compromised.

We will, however continue to work tirelessly (violins please!) to keep our online shop and delivery service going to make your summer as colourful as possible. We have listened to your requests and have tried to add as many postcodes to our delivery area as possible and have detailed below our intentions for the next few weeks.

We are very sorry if your area is not on our list, but hope that you understand that we are trying our very best to please as many people as we can. Many of our customers are combining their orders with friends/family within our delivery area and then collecting them safely from one location. This also helps them to reach the minimum order of £100 and share the delivery charge of £10 on orders under £250.

Our online shop will reopen at 5pm on Thursday 14th May until 5pm on Saturday 16th May and will be accepting orders for the SL1 postcode area.

We hope you understand why we have made this difficult decision (health must always come first) and we hope to deliver to you soon.

As always thank you for your support. it's greatly appreciated.
