Creed in Wooburn Green have flour! It is in catering bags and their minimum order is £30.
You can top up with other things - be aware that the tins of stuff are catering size.

This is a wholesaler that usually sells to caterers. You order online and then give them your order number and they load straight into your boot during a set time slot.
