15/5 - 16/5 Friday 4 p.m. / 10.30 a.m. Belmont Road. X 2. 1. Car inadvertently left unlocked entered and searched Wallet stolen. 2. A car left unlocked was entered and searched. The car had been left unlocked because the alarm had continued to go off. Cash and Prada sunglasses stolen. Ref. No: 43200144613. Offenders often set off car alarms, so that this happens. Any video footage would be useful.

17/5 Saturday 1 a.m. / 7 a.m. Temple Mill Cottages, Temple Lane. Summerhouse and shed broken into - garden equipment stolen. Ref. No: 43200145008
17/5 Saturday midnight / 10 a.m. Hambleden Walk. Attempted burglary. Tool marks found around a kitchen window. No entry gained, but the offenders turned on a garden tap which they left running flooding the garden. Ref. No: 43200145146

14/5 Thursday, overnight. Manor Lane. Boundary fence damaged. Ref.No: 43200144122
15/5 Friday 7.30 a.m. / 10.30 a.m. Barleymead. A council delivered food package to an elderly person shielding was stolen. Ref. No: 43200143514
17/5 Friday 11.10 p.m. Boyn Hill Road. A witness saw a man breaking into a neighbours car, then sitting inside carrying out a search. They challenged the man and was verbally abused, saying it was his own car. The man then got out and walked off to Croxley Rise carrying items. The police were called and attended immediately and carried out an area search. A man matching the description was located and arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle in Clare Road. Sunglasses X 2, adult inline roller skates and a child’s pink pair of inline skates were stolen. These have not been recovered. If you walk in this area can you check hedges and behind roadside electric boxes to see if the items were dumped or hidden for collection later, as the offender had been disturbed and knew the police would be called.
