Raffle time! The Village Hall usually hosts events to raise money for local charities, however the events that usually raise funds can't happen due to Covid-19 restrictions. So this week (and every week) we'll be running a raffle, £5 per ticket, to raise funds for one of our charities. This week it is the NSPCC. Winners will receive a hamper of produce donated by the stallholders! There are only 50 tickets for sale each week, so come along on Friday where you can buy them at the rear door by the egg stall.
Two new stall holders! We've added in two more stallholders based on your suggestions in our recent survey. Locally produced honey from Honeys of Henley and doggy treats from Barney’s Biscuit Boxes! Take a look at our stallholder list below for more information.
We also have a new Made in Cookham producer, Andrew Padmore, selling his locally picked dried procini mushrooms. The location of the mushrooms is Wild Cookham's best kept secret, but Andrew will happily share his advice on the best ways to cook with them!
Thermomix offers! You'll have seen Jo Gurney's wonderful Thermomix creations every week on the Made in Cookham stall. She now has two exciting offers running through September. 'New Customer Offer: Buy a Thermomix TM6 this month and enjoy 12 months 0% Finance' or a 'Host Offer: Host a Thermomix demo this month and invite two other friends to get a free copy of Plant Based Kitchen cook book.' To find out more, find her on Friday to taste her creations and chat all things Thermomix.
