Does anyone know if there is a speed limit down Gibraltar Lane?
On two separate occasions now I have experienced dangerous driving when walking down that lane.
The first time was just before Christmas and then again today. Both different vehicles.
I managed to get the last 3 letters of the number plate today though the car was filthy.

I thought it was 30mph, but not sure. I think saying they are speeding may be a waste of time, but dangerous driving is different.
