We want to transform Royal Borough Libraries in a way that responds to the changing needs in our communities and the positive changes and different delivery methods we’ve been able to experiment with in response to the pandemic.
We have undertaken a review of the service and have put forward proposals to reshape it in a way that builds on the good work already taking place in terms of digital development, community engagement and volunteering.
