If you’ve missed the visit of the Immunisation Team to your child’s school, or didn’t submit your consent form in time, don’t worry.
You can now book your child’s vaccine via the National Booking System

If you live in Ascot, you can use those in Bracknell if that’s more convenient.
Where possible, appointments should be booked outside of school hours to avoid missing lessons. Some vaccine centres however are organising additional sessions out of school hours to accommodate this.
