From Barbara WalmsleyI am looking for a second hand lap top for a refugee girl who is being sheltered by my step daughter in Luxemburg. Coming from Kiev, she was just about to take her final exams before going to university. To continue her education in Luxembourg she needs to speak French and needs to study this on-line. She would dearly like a second hand laptop computer.
